Shopping on Bawuza is easy! Once you’ve found the product you want to buy, simply follow the steps below:
Click ADD TO CART to add this product to your cart
Click Shopping Cart in the top right
Click CONTINUE PAYING
Sign up for an account or log in to your existing account by entering your email and password >> Enter your shipping/payment information, make sure your address is complete and correct >> Select a method delivery >> Home delivery or station pickup >> Choose your preferred method of payment >> Click CONFIRM ORDER to complete the order.
Once your order has been placed, we will automatically confirm or call you to confirm in case we need more details. (Please note that this confirmation is a required step before we ship to you)
You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account and going to My Orders section and clicking view details, to track more status you can click View order history policy
