Bawuza Terms of Use.


Cancellation before shipment

In the following cases, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

1 hour before; 1 hour after, cancellation is only possible if the delivery is delayed beyond the specified delivery time (12 hours for all CBD orders and 48 hours for BAWUZA deliveries).

Please note the following:

BAWUZA does not deliver after 7pm.

BAWUZA will not cancel the order unless the customer agrees.

Order Cancellation Penalties and Fees

If you cancel an order for delivery, you must pay BAWUZA an amount equal to 10% of the total order including shipping/delivery charges (if applicable). If an order is returned without being delivered due to a communication failure with the BAWUZA delivery team, BAWUZA must be compensated for 15% of the order value.

Payment of cancellation fees and penalties

The above cancellation terms apply to all orders regardless of payment method or shipping option. For prepaid orders, a cancellation fee will be automatically charged and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. For cash on delivery orders, the customer is given the opportunity to refund within 24 hours. Otherwise, we will take legal action to force payment.


change of heart

If you change your mind and would like to receive a different item than you originally ordered, please contact us to see if we can change the items in your order. If the order has already reached a critical stage. B. Shipments, changes of mind will not be accepted unless willing to pay an additional change fee/fee (10% of the order amount).


Returns and Order Rejections

If the delivery device differs from the order content, we may refuse the delivery at the time of delivery. Selected items will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive the desired product within this period, you are entitled to a full refund.


Spare parts and non-stock items

If you have paid for the item, but it is out of stock and cannot be prepared, you can request an exchange for another item of your choice. This may result in a partial refund of the payment for the previous item if the previous order was cheaper and vice versa. Items that are defective or in error during delivery will be returned/rejected upon delivery, checked by a technician, and redelivered as a replacement.



If the product you want is out of stock and cannot be delivered, you can request a refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take 24-48 business days.

All funds will be refunded via the payment method used to complete the order. change
